Front Squat PR

 79.5 on my front squats today, building on 5 sets of 3.  Following we did 65% to failure, I only got 6 because the bar was slipping, I had a discussion with Knight about more grip on the bar, I'm going to try three fingers with the caveat I can keep my elbows high.  

Pickleball drills tonight.
