Unrecognizable

 Yeah that's how much I changed or scaled the WOD this morning. I couldn't do sit ups so I changed to planks and did a very light Farmers Carry.  By the end, after a lot of movement, I was able to do sit ups again, I guess the moral is just keep trying to work through it.

Bench Press and Box Jumps

Went back to Crossfit this morning after a little hiatus.  I figured my sciatica isn't getting better with rest so I may as well go see what I can do.  I did the whole WOD with no pain and practiced my 20" box jumps afterwards (I did 18 for the WOD). I think the next WOD I'll go for 20".

Anxiety

 Went to drill this morning at Fritz and the big boys wanted to play, this always causes me anxiety but WTH.  It was a lot of fun and I held my own, doesn't mean I won but it was ok.
