Bench Press and Box Jumps

Went back to Crossfit this morning after a little hiatus.  I figured my sciatica isn't getting better with rest so I may as well go see what I can do.  I did the whole WOD with no pain and practiced my 20" box jumps afterwards (I did 18 for the WOD). I think the next WOD I'll go for 20".
