Yesterday's pickleball drilling went way better than Wednesdays. Last night we went to see the Scorpions play which was really fun, it was also nice to see the pros up close make those same mistakes I make, maybe a whole lot less often though!
Crossfit this morning was deadlifts and burpee box jump overs, start with 3 each, add three each round, I finished 5 rounds + 6.
