Sometimes I am just plain stupid and then there are times when I am very, very stupid.

Race #2

The Snow Canyon 5K is a little hillier than the Save a Sister 5k, I didn't do as well, 4th place. I am really concentrating now on putting speed bursts into my runs. I now have guaranteed entry into the St. George Marathon which is nice.
