6:00am

 I can't believe I used to go to 5:00am, now struggling to get to 6:00am!  Anyways, I got there this morning and it was nice to be done early.  40 minute time cap, my time 39:45!  Yay, I did it.

"Unfortunate Events"

 That was really the title of todays workout.  Quite apropos for the month of September we've had so far, I would say, "how could it get worse", but why tempt fate!



Check out that messy whiteboard, but yeah I know what it means. 1 minute bike, rope climbs and shuttle runs for a total of 2 minutes, 15 rounds you score your least amount of calories on the bike and your least amount of shuttle runs, this put me at a grand total of 10!

Fire


I took this picture on the way into CrossFit this morning.


 This one is from the parking lot, to the left is where the fire originally started on the backside of Bear, to the right is where it's spreading towards Summit.  It goes down the backside towards Glass Rd. They had the DC 10's up there, and the helicopter, I didn't get a picture when it dumped.  We are not evacuated, and so far it's not coming our direction.  The last update was 647 acres and 0 containment.
