That was really the title of todays workout. Quite apropos for the month of September we've had so far, I would say, "how could it get worse", but why tempt fate!
Check out that messy whiteboard, but yeah I know what it means. 1 minute bike, rope climbs and shuttle runs for a total of 2 minutes, 15 rounds you score your least amount of calories on the bike and your least amount of shuttle runs, this put me at a grand total of 10!
