30 minute time cap, I got three rounds + push press and 3.5min row

Feeling better mentally than I did yesterday, dropping that bar yesterday that wasn't even that heavy was really frustrating. Heavier on my push presses than I planned to do, so I'm happy about that, it just seems as I look back at the year I seem to have negative progress.
