I thought..,.

 lifting would be nice after yesterdays workout.  It really didn't look too bad, and the first round, a heavy set of 10 was ok, but the second part....yikes, but I guess they're all hard, it's what makes you stronger.

Parting shot:  I really like to visit snow.

Jump roping

 The workout wasn't as bad as it looks, the dumbbell deadlifts were actually a little bit of a rest, and the minute rest between rounds was nice.  The cardio aspect of jump roping is definitely feeling better.

10lb dumbbells, 5 rounds, time 16:17.

Nothing to Say


 Oh never mind, just one thing...I got 12" box jumps, I didn't do that high during the WOD but I'm excited. I told Linnae I was terrified and she literally held my hand for the first one.  Thank you!

 It was a date with Nate.  AMRAP 20, 2 rounds of Nate (2 Strict Dip, 4 Hand Release Push-Ups, 8 Kettlebell Swings, followed by a 200 meter run.  Score 4 rounds + 26.

 I usually have this counting/scoring problem, I did again today, I wasn't sure how to score my workout because I forgot the second round of Cindy in the first two rounds of the workout, we'll just call it scaled!

33.4 Score!!  That was a 20" box mind you, I saw it when I walked in and thought "no way", but I did it. 3 rounds, with a much appreciated four minute rest between rounds.  The score is sum of bike calories.
