Feeling better mentally than I did yesterday, dropping that bar yesterday that wasn't even that heavy was really frustrating. Heavier on my push presses than I planned to do, so I'm happy about that, it just seems as I look back at the year I seem to have negative progress.

I was ready for CrossFit this morning, Ker was coaching and it was a class I knew I'd like, but.....as I walked by the hot tub I had to make an "other" choice. It was wise and my achy scaps were appreciative.
