Tri Tomorrow Anyone?

Well I've been sticking to my training plan pretty well this week, hey it's Tuesday and I did Monday and Tuesday's workouts. Tomorrow my workout is: 1/2 hour swim, 40 minute run and one hour bike. Hmm that seems like a sprint tri to me. Anyone interested in a homemade sprint tri? Ok, meet me at the LA Fitness pool at 4:30 am, we'll hit the treadmills at 5:00 and spin class at 5:45. Sprint tri done by 6:45.
