No CrossFit this morning.  One beautiful sunrise, two early morning lab appointments--done. If you get a surprise delivery of GS cookies to ruin your New Year's resolutions you can blame me.  Ok, not me, there's this brilliant, beautiful bundle of everything perfect in the world that is selling cookies, who can resist Maddie or GS cookies.  You didn't get a delivery, send me a message, I'll take care of it.
