Not gonna lie
It was hard to go back today after being gone. So here it is, probably the best wall balls I've done, 55 lbs on the deadlift, could have gone heavier but those rounds add up. That is if you can add, Diane told me we're done, we're usually at about the same pace, I said, "no, I've got one more round." So one of us tracked it wrong, but probably she just got a round ahead of me, but did the last last round with, me, true buddy round!

The Usual...
Looks like the usual first weekend in October is happening again, I keep wondering when we'll just say, no! Not this year! Craig is doing the full, they have a half now that he registered me for. So far I've been able to stick to a running plan for oh about two days. I think Kyle and Rachel might be able to do it with us, Brad kinda depends on his work schedule. Kev and Kyle are registered for Ironman CA, also in October so they'll be out for that, Brent will be mired in all things Grand Strand, Bri? That leaves Ker and the boys, Ker's got an injured foot and the boys CC coach will not in a thousand years allow them to run.

Kev has a very cool home gym in his basement. Todays WOD: Power snatches and rowing--yay I can do that. Nope, his bar is 45 lbs, no training bar, so I can snatch that-barely but not for a full WOD. So maybe I'll get courageous and drop in, maybe I won't!
