So there's Grace, and then there's Disgrace. Part 1, Clean & Jerk for load, 1 rep: 55lbs, my app says it's a PR, so ok....I did try to do 65 on Ker's bar, it was a no go.
Disgrace was 3 rounds for time:
10 Squat Cleans
10 Push Jerks
I only did 35lbs but still came in over the 8:00 minute time cap at 8:08. It sounded easy, like 8 minutes, no problem, but that's how it goes.
