Yesterday I hefted 50lb bags of snow melt, pretty proud of myself. Truth.. I'm pretty good at 45 lbs but that extra 5lbs was a little struggle. Good workout today:
50 Dumbbell Walking Lunges
30 Push-ups
40 Front Rack Walking Lunges
20 Dumbbell Push Press
30 Overhead Walking Lunges
10 Dumbbell Strict Press

2 runs at Summit after Crossfit. Now for some lunch....
