Our first pickle ball lesson went really well, we have lots of things to practice, but it was fun and I'm looking forward to playing more, and ordering more cute skirts!
I went to 12:00pm CrossFit, Josh was coaching and I always walk (barely) away with more insight and hopefully improved form. We did 1x1 Overhead Squat, for me that was 45lbs, the WOD was:
