Everything felt heavy--little bit of weight on the bar so my total was only 30 but my form was better.

I'm pretty sure I've done a 2K row before but I couldn't find any stats for it. So....today is my new benchmark, it was 11:00 min flat with a 2:45 pace which was my goal. I'm pretty sure my last 2K was in the 12:00 minute range so even though 11 is slow I'll take it!

Score is 3:31, my worst round, I'll say this about this workout, it was much harder than it looked. Noodle arms and legs!
Had to sign health histories and medical releases for Pickle Ball Camp (honestly I thought it would never come) the time is creeping up on us. Played a lot of pickle ball this weekend. I'm not sure it's going to make me any more ready!
