Played one game this morning before Crossfit, we lost 11-8 but played really well (well, you know not well enough but...) made some really good shots.
I was concerned about getting through the Crossfit workout today, it was toes to bar (ripped hands) and front squats--still feeling all those air squats from Cindy. But as always I got through it, I did candle sticks instead of toes to bar and only 35lbs on my front squats.
30 Deadlifts
60 Toes to Bar (candlesticks)
30 Front Squats
