Cherry Picking

 Yeah--I've been cherry picking CF the last two days.  I liked Monday's workout a lot, but not so much Tuesday and today so I did a little yoga and walked.  Gotta summon the mental fortitude....

Why we bought Cabin #11, that may never see all the renovations, but it's the process. The opportunity for the grandkids to have that special place their parents did. It's the "where" too, where those favorite memories are made and life is so simple.

Daniel with a Twist

 Todays WOD was Daniel a hero workout, but we subbed jump rope for the run because of the heat.  By the time I scaled a few more things I'm not sure the workout was recognizable!
