Daniel with a Twist

 Todays WOD was Daniel a hero workout, but we subbed jump rope for the run because of the heat.  By the time I scaled a few more things I'm not sure the workout was recognizable!

My thrusters weren't heavy but I feel like I was getting a full squat so that's a little progress.  And dubs...the ever elusive dubs. Time: 22:39
