No Complaints

 It's a good thing I did that "training run" on Sunday.  

Todays workout was: AMRAP 25

400M Run

Double Dumbbell Farmers Carry 100M (20lbs ea)

Alternating with a sled push/pull 100M after each run.

I got 4 Rounds plus 1 run. This was a fun workout, I haven't used the sleds before and it was fun to see that I actually could do it. The runs went ok too, totally not me to not complain about running.
