Clean and Jerks

 Warm up A--put away all equipment barricading doors--for time!
A.
Every two minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
Hang Clean + Clean + Clean & Jerk
B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
5 Clean & Jerks (95/65 lbs RX, 135/95 RX+)
10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs
