Nice trail run/walk this morning.  I feel so fortunate to have these trails right out my door.

                

                        My phone told me this is Erysimum, a member of the cabbage family.
     I got a little behind on my running last week, but I had a great time with Kathy and Darcy here.  

                                                                Now I'm playing catch up.
