I learned a new word today while trying to enter stats into btwb. Pood is a Russian unit of weight I'm not sure if it's only used for kettlebells or not, anyway I can't figure out how to change my workout from showing I did 2 pood (abt 72lbs). So for now it'll just have to look like I have impressive kettlebell swings!

I meant to put more weight on for the power cleans after the warm up round, but unintentionally didn't....oh well. Next mental challenge, 7K uses Sugarwod, but Foundry uses btwb, which I haven't really learned to navigate very well.
Yeah I really shouldn't do that, I think I'll resolve (which I may or may not keep) not to. Anyway it was a lot of running and I just didn't need to run this morning, or maybe I did, but I didn't.

Yeah so there it is...proof we went to Pickleball Camp, not one day, oh no, three glorious days of Pickleball Camp. Happily I can say we learned a lot and are left with a ton of drills to work on in our own practice. We played real games which were tough, moved up a few courts and down a few courts, but ended with a winning match and if I remember correctly never got pickled. I won a waterbottle and Craig won a nice hat. When I told a friend I was going to Pickleball Camp she said it wouldn't really be camp if we didn't have Smores, so just to be keepin' it real:
