I learned a new word today while trying to enter stats into btwb. Pood is a Russian unit of weight I'm not sure if it's only used for kettlebells or not, anyway I can't figure out how to change my workout from showing I did 2 pood (abt 72lbs). So for now it'll just have to look like I have impressive kettlebell swings!
