Woke up this morning to a text from Brent, he just finished 23.4 and puked. Hmmm well we'll have to see how this one goes.
5 Rounds of thrusters (35lbs for Masters scaled) or wait was that Foundations weight? I'm not sure, but it's what I did, so 10 thrusters, 10 jumping pull ups etc for 5 rounds.

5 Rounds 7 thrusters (45lbs) and jumping chest to bar pull ups
My score was 110, I got all of the first 5 rounds done, one set of the heavier thrusters, and some really good attempts at jumping chest to bar, so close.........
