New PR/Failed PR

 And a bump on the head.  Yeah it was back squats and I ran into the bar.  103 PR, first attempt at 104 didn't hit full depth, 4 minute rest, deep breath, attempt #2, and a total fail with a bail.

Logging

 I was looking at yesterday's squats thinking I should be able to do better than that so when I got home today I decided to see what I could really do.  It's been a goal to be able to back squat my weight so with a little determination this morning I did a 1RM back squat at my body weight.  Now I'm going to strip a little weight and see what I can do with my front squat.  Nope-changed my mind the front squat is not happening today.

Mental Block

I had a mental block on the box jumps this morning, after class I forced myself to try again, after a few knee landings I was able to do the 18" box jumps again.

This weekend I got a little pickleball redemption, 3rd in the tournament, I'll take it after my last one! Craig won mens rotating.
