I was looking at yesterday's squats thinking I should be able to do better than that so when I got home today I decided to see what I could really do. It's been a goal to be able to back squat my weight so with a little determination this morning I did a 1RM back squat at my body weight. Now I'm going to strip a little weight and see what I can do with my front squat. Nope-changed my mind the front squat is not happening today.

Reality--Subbed bike for run although I did run in the warm up and my ankle is definitely improving all the time.
3 half rope climbs in each round, sometimes it was 2
Dub practice but I'm hesitant to jump high enough so a little practice and 80 Singles
4 Rounds even
