I Murphed

So it started with a 1 mile run then I broke it up like this:


Which translates to 20 rounds of scaled (ring rows and knee push ups) Cindy
Followed by another 1 mile run.

PR

 I knew I was going for a PR on my 1x3 Power Snatches, my old one was 40 and I managed to do 45lbs today.

 I guess I had a one mile run PR too, I didn't know I had an old one recorded but today I did 13:38, I'm not really happy about my running, but since I try not to do too much I'll just be happy that I made some progress despite myself! (Diane said she'll bring the scooters for Murph)

 I can tell you my heart and "swole" wasn't into it today, but I went and finished.

50 Bench Press, I split it up into 10-500M-10-500M etc it went ok, 40 lbs on the bench press, definitely should have been heavier, sometimes it's hard to make that call, like where's the balance between I want to finish those sets and lifting heavier.
