I did all the dumbbell snatches @15lbs (note to self-do 20 next time)
My rower display wasn't working this morning so I asked the coach to give me a time--he said 4 minutes, yeah I was pretty happy about that!

It was a good workout and I'm glad I was there, especially as I was walking out the door.
