10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups--banded

12 Dumbbell Walking Lunges

10 Burpee Box Jump Overs

It was a long 30 minutes, after a few rounds the numbers were scaled out of my slowness.  The only time there was a little rest was between the walking lunges and the burpee box jump overs, and that quickly went away with more slowness. In hindsight--great workout!
