Yeah--I've been cherry picking CF the last two days. I liked Monday's workout a lot, but not so much Tuesday and today so I did a little yoga and walked. Gotta summon the mental fortitude....

Daniel with a Twist
Todays WOD was Daniel a hero workout, but we subbed jump rope for the run because of the heat. By the time I scaled a few more things I'm not sure the workout was recognizable!
