Easy Run
Tonight I did an easy run, staying in Zone 2 with a 10 minute run, 1 minute walk. It was actually harder to do this run and keep my heart rate down than it was to do my last run with 10 minute interval sets. Hard to believe that I'm "highly improving" as my Garmin data says, but I'll just have to take the experts word for it.

Making progress, YAY!
Swim TT # 2
DONE! I'm pretty excited I took 1:47 off of my 800m swim. Tonight is my 5K TT, I'm not so sure about run improvement but we'll see. I like this training plan, it's fun to track improvement as opposed to just logging miles.
