Easy Run

Tonight I did an easy run, staying in Zone 2 with a 10 minute run, 1 minute walk.  It was actually harder to do this run and keep my heart rate down than it was to do my last run with 10 minute interval sets.  Hard to believe that I'm "highly improving" as my Garmin data says, but I'll just have to take the experts word for it.
