I was pretty happy about improving my TT's on the run and swim, I'm not sure what happened on the bike.  Since the bike is the bulk of my day I know I have to put a lot more effort into it.  It was hotter, 88 when I started which may have played some role, also my heart rate was lower, is that good or contributing to not so good?  I'm not sure.  My cadence was also better------trying to find the positive :)
