Yesterday was butt hurtin' Thursday, so I didn't go to class, but check this out, we were on our way back up the mountain and saw about 5 or 6 Bighorn sheep all standing in a cluster. By the time I got my phone open this was about the best picture I could get. Traffic was stopped all around to admire them.
Todays workout was 3 rounds of 9 power snatches, 15 bar facing burpees and 21 toes to bars. It was ok, I can't do toes to bar so the modification is candlesticks, butt said nope to that too so my modification was bar hanging knee raises. Do they call it that? I don't know....but it's a good description.
