That was the title of todays workout. 75 power snatches, the hardest movement, besides squat snatches for me--75! with 30 double unders on the minute, so you scale double unders to 1 1/2, putting me at 45, that lasted a few rounds then had to scale that back to 30 so there was time to get enough snatches in. After WOD we worked to heaviest, I got 40, tried 45 but that was a nope. We've been doing a lot of snatches.
