I didn't log this right, I was supposed to do total bike calories each round, I did total which was 21.6 and that was only three rounds because one round I only made it to the bike for like 15 seconds. It was a wicked cardio workout, followed with a chaser of an ab workout. Depending on tomorrows workout I may ski, I haven't gotten as much use out of my pass as I planned. Todays project: Imperial powder room.
