Front squats

 Worked a lot on technique, darn doing it right is tough.  Part 2 of the WOD was 3 dumbbell presses, 3 strict pull ups, and three box jump overs, increasing three each round.  I got five rounds + 3 and was so glad to see the clock run out.  As always the best part is feeling great....afterwards.
