So you know that 15" box I was talking about yesterday, I got to face it again today. Yesterday I did one box jump before reverting to my trusty 12" box, today I was determined to do the whole WOD (10 minutes of burpee box jump overs) at 15". Did I do it??? Nope, but I got the first seven out of 63 @ 15" before I choked. Progress right!
