I am a perpetual 10! That is not a good thing, last night we played rally scoring, 11 wins and doesn't have to win by two, I lost all my matches except for 1, but I was at 10 on every single one, I fought hard and lost in the clutch every time. Not sure what to think...high functioning loser?
No Crossfit this morning, there were a lot of box jumps which I love but still trying not to annoy my ankle.
I did some lifting at home and did three consecutive chin ups, and two consecutive pull ups...looking for the positive.
