Deadlift 1x10

 Well it's taken me a year but I can finally do a set of 10 deadlifts @ my body weight.  It's not my heavy set of one, but I did it!

The WOD was 21.1 with a 10 minute time cap, gotta love those time caps, cuts a few reps off.

3 Rounds:

10 Dumbbell Strict Press

10 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans

75 Singles

Rest 1 minute

3 Rounds:

10 Push-ups

10 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead

75 Singles
