Goat Day

Pick two: so I chose deadlifts and toes to bar to work on.  Deadlifts were meh, I didn't get close to my pr, but toes to bar I saw some definite improvement.  Tomorrow is the open, we'll know about noon what the workout will be. 

So here it is for my age group 65+ (ouch).  Update on how it went tomorrow.

Complete as many reps as possible in 14 minutes of:

60-calorie row
50 sit-ups
40 wall-ball shots
30 cleans
20 jumping chest-to-bar pull-up
