Heavy Bar

 Today was deadlifts and lately my deadlifts have sucked.  I started with a heavy bar because I wanted to drop it and I can't drop the training bar.  Then when I was loading for the 1x5 set I put on 35lb plates and then thought I would add two 10lb plates, but I realized after the fact I had put on the 15lb plates so it took me to 135lbs, that was pushing it when my last deadlift was about half that. It also pushed me into pr range. I did it!  The last set the bar said "no!" but I had enough time to reset and I got it.  Happy about today!
